We help young people and career-changing adults gain access to education and become their community’s health professionals.
Job Shadowing can help you make that decision. Spend time observing health professionals at their job, doing what they do. Shadowing a professional is more important in your career search in the beginning.
Job shadowing may not be available in every profession or location, shadowing is a privilege. There are many professions and departments in hospitals that will not take shadowing students. We will do our best to provide you with a shadowing opportunity in your field of interest or similar area.
Health care is experiencing workforce shortages. Opportunities to shadow in specific specialties (Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Dermatology, etc) are LIMITED.
We provide shadowing opportunities throughout northern Nebraska, and in other areas of the state.
For most shadowing, click on the Norfolk and surrounding area for our general shadowing paperwork. Specific paperwork is require to shadow in Fremont or York. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding shadowing opportunities.
From November 1st to March 31st most job shadowing locations require documentation of a current flu shot.
Documentation of COVID vaccination may also be required for some shadowing locations.
